Though it's super-easy to transpose a sequence internally w/ Numerology (http://youtu.be/UVNxuCHDqwY), you can also do it via an external MIDI source, in this case an Ableton Live MIDI clip:

… of course, similar setups will work in other hosts, or from a MIDI keyboard, etc…
