Work-flow/Recording MIDI quandary

I'm having some problems getting my work-flow sorted with the Numerology AU....

I've got a bunch of drumseqs triggering various different drum racks in Ableton, and I want to start laying down a track. I could use the presets to arrange the pattern order, but then I'll be arranging in two different places, somehow this doesn't seem too intuitive.

If I record the MIDI into Live, then everything is offset slightly, and I have to move stuff around to get things sounding right again. Also, if I want to change/add anything, then I have to edit manually or re-record.

I'm just wondering if there is some way I can trigger patterns from Live? What methods are other people using?

You can trigger the presets with midi notes in Live.
