I just downloaded version 4.4 build 220 and it installed well on my Mac Studio running Monterey 12.5. The Logic MIDI FX AU installed automatically. The old bug that I had in Cubase was that I had to manually remove the Numerology VST from the blacklist, but once I did the it worked fine (running in Rosetta).
It is great to see the program working well again!
