Sequences based on 3's

Ive got a sequence that is 6 steps long and im trying to get a modulation seq to transpose it every 3 times, which im failing to do, everything seams to be set for 4/4 time.Have I missed a global setting to change time signature somewhere? The bar counter is in 4's as well.

You’re not missing anything. This is something you need to post as a feature request. I want it too. Please post to the feature request thread. Basically there needs to be an option for step length as duration of each modulation stage.
