Dealing with sequences in 3's

I was trying to transpose a 6 step seq every 3 times with a mod seq and I can't get it to deal with 3's its all 2times 4 times 8 times etc.Even the bar counter is stuck on 4/4.
feature request : to be able to deal with different time signatures (especially 3's)

I've been asking for the ability to set global time signature rather than assume that everything is 4/4 for awhile now, but at this point I'm thinking that's not something that's gonna happen. Not only this would be useful for subsequences, but general pattern/scene changes as well.
