Midi channel select on Rec page

If we had the 4th slot on the REC page as the Midi channel for USB A, USB B and JEXP it would be possible to address multiple tracks by one midi port. That way Vector could act as a MIDI to CV converter with REC on Thru, or could record multiple tracks simultaneously by one MIDI source. Default value "Omni". What do you say?

It would be great if the Midi In channels could be set so different Midi information could be sent to the different parts. At the moment I have to have Yarns in my rig to cover this.
