  • Option to flip ENC SW global parameter to white keys instead of encoders.

So we can set the encoder switches to permanently be a certain control. Super useful! All while the white keys are variable (mute, select, skip). We can set them to whatever we want. And the encoders mimic them.

But on global, we can set it so that the encoders are always a certain setting. Very useful. Especially the setting where they are always selecting parts 1-8. ("ENC SW PART")

So you can be going away designing a kick and snare and rapidly switching back and forth to make the drum beat. Which is so friggen cool. But the key buttons are sort of under and feel physically like a secondary control. I think it would be very ergonomic to have them be locked into selecting the part while the encoders set mutes. The encoders are already doing work twisting to set gates and stuff so your hands are already there. So the hand that's setting a pitch or is right there to click a note on and off. Then your other hand can be selecting the parts back and forth.

Otherwise you are sort of juggling back and forth. And usually accidentally pushing an encoder to work on a step, but then you just sent yourself from part 7 to part 2.
